Your experience in a maintenance leadership role within the food or related industry is a must, this will be backed by a strong proven technical background and with the support of an appropriate engineering qualification. Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, the ability to multi-task whilst coordinating the activity of others and an aptitude for analysing information and developing solutions will be necessary for success in this role. In keeping with the companies vision for H&S the successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment assessment.

A background in general/operations management including directexposure to some of the functions outlined is necessary. This combinedwith demonstrated experience in actioning performance improvement withdiverse stakeholders will be critical assessment factors.

Café Florian opens at the end of January 2009. Located in the Greenmeadows/Taradale area of Hawke’s Bay, the café will offer customers an exciting, high quality café experience with a contemporary euro flavour.  As café manager you will be involved in the setting up, operation, and staff training for this new venture. If you are a self-motivated people person with excellent communication skills and hospitality management experience we’d love to hear from you.

As an intermediate Java developer, you will have a strong grasp of the SDLC, coupled with high attention to detail and a passion about Software Development. Strong communications skills are a must in this role, and you will add to the backbone of the development team.
