    We are seeking the skills of an experienced Telco engineer to work in this team environment for a long term - Fixed term contract.
    Central location - based on the CBD fringe - you will be working with a mix of current and new technologies, and the key skills we are looking for include:
    At least 3 years experience in a On/Off site support role


    NZ Citizenship/NZ Permanent Residency or have at least 2 years remaining on your unrestricted work permit.
    excellent communication skills e.g clear and professional telephone manner and written communication skills
    worked in a customer orientated position
    the motivation to work in a pressured environment

    Providing superior customer service to new and existing clients, maximising national sales revenue, maintaining excellent customer relations and communicating effectively and efficiently with internal departments are key aptitudes that our client is looking for. The role requires competencies with cold calling and business-to-business telesales/business development, you will be responsible for expanding the client base and maintaining relations with existing clients.


    Your role will be to develop and grow your SME customer base. You will be skilled at identifying the communications needs of a wide variety of businesses and recommending solutions to primarily new customers.
     
    Ideally, you will have some exposure to the telecommunications sector and exposure to business-to-business sales. Alternatively you will have significant business telephone sales experience and be looking to step up to a face-to-face role.
     
    A driven attitude and pure passion to win new business and deliver results are essential.
