    You’ll be responsible for the providing financial management leadership  and disciplines to the District Courts leadership team, the management and oversight of a significant budget, .You’ll provide quality strategic financial advice and support, co-ordinating the production of accurate costing information, budgets, forecasts and variance reporting and analysis..  In addition you’ll provide leadership and support to the Higher Courts Business Unit on financial management.

    We are seeking to appoint a person to assist our Business Services Team to a part time position of up to 20hours per week.

     

    Duties will include responsibility for the stock-take, stocking and cleanliness of 8 kitchens in three buildings.  Other duties will be maintaining cleanliness in 17 meeting rooms.


    You will lead the Applications Development team in primarily .net and Java development for in-house developed applications. You will work closely with the Architecture Services to develop an applications portfolio roadmap, and have ownership of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for internally and externally-developed software. The scope of this role sees you working across the sector with internal clients and external vendors.

    We are looking a Senior Advisor with the skills to design strategies to ensure that:

     

    • all students make expected progress in line with literacy and Numeracy learning progressions in order to meet the demands of the curriculum, and
    • students not making progress have access to appropriate additional support 

    We are seeking to hire two Digital Material Librarians. The role is responsible for arranging, describing and managing archival material, especially digitally born material. The appointees will also assist in maintaining a high quality research service for researchers using the collections.

     

    The Librarian (digital materials) works in multiple team environments assisting curatorial staff across a variety of areas in the library including Manuscripts, Photo Archive, Drawings Paintings and Prints, and the Oral History Centre.


    Highly developed understanding and ability in all aspects of policy development and advice in the New Zealand context

    ·         Experience in providing policy advice at a senior level

    ·         Sound judgement and a good understanding of Government processes

    ·         Ability both to lead and work in project teams

    ·         Excellent written and oral communications skills


    You will handle multiple projects within a fast paced environment and you are open to constant challenge and change. You will develop and maintain positive working relationships and will achieve results in the absence of day to day guidance.

    • Management support, including correspondence, telephone, diary management, organising team meetings, following up actions from other staff and organising travel or accommodation
    • Team support, including agendas, records, presenting documents, filing, keeping records and both tracking and distributing communications or information
    • Business Unit Systems including checking and coding invoices, updating leave plans, expense claims, contracts and monthly accruals
    • And other projects as required
