    Our client has a need for a part-timer who is available to work 5 hours per day, you choose what works for you as it will be flexible for the right person, this opportunity is great if you have commitments that do not allow  you to work full time.

    Accuracy and attention to detail are the main criteria, if you are a whiz with excel and enjoy a degree of autonomy then this is just the right position for you.


    You will form strong relationships with stakeholders across the Department to ensure their needs are properly and accurately represented on the website.  Ideally you will have a background in developing and implementing web content in a public sector environment, with knowledge of the e-government web standards.  A good understanding of HTML is essential to your success in this role and experience with Information Architecture would be an added advantage.

    • Excellent communication between drivers, customer service and customers
    • Dispatch job details, delivery / pick up time of arrivals
    • Require attention to details
    • Experience using a GPS system preferred
    • Timely and accurate reporting

    Ideally you will have some of the following:-
    - Supervisory experience
    - Background in quantity surveying or civil engineering
    - Familiarity with quoting and estimating
    - Good communication skills
    - Ability to foster positive customer relationships
    - The self motivation, initiative & drive to achieve results
    - Strong computer skills

    As dealing wih incoming calls and visitors rarely involves the whole work day - you will be confident to deal with a variety of duties including:
    • Operating our telephone system and managing incoming calls
    • Managing office stationary requirements
    • Coordinating internal and external mail and couriers
    • Supporting our accounts payable team with general office administration duties
    • Maintaining a clean and professional work environment

    • Outstanding commitment to Customer Service and a flexible ‘can do’ attitude
    • Attention to detail (that is second to none)
    • A bright positive personality, with a pleasant telephone manner and an excellent command of English
    • Well developed computer skills (Email, MS Word & Excel)
    • A good knowledge of New Zealand geography
    • Initiative (be a self starter)
    • An understanding of Accounts would be advantageous

    * Managing Group Financial and Management Reporting monthly and annually
    * Reviewing Consolidated Management reports
    * Reviewing group financial consolidated reports
    * IFRS compliance
    * Reviewing Groups Statutory compliance
    * Financial Statements
