Ideally you will be qualified with a marketing degree and a minimum of 3-4 years experience on the client and /or agency side.

Due to matrix style accountabilities, this role would suit a person with a mature outlook. The role could suit a mother returning to work or an Account Manager from an advertising agency who has had some experience on the client side.

You’ll be responsible for the providing financial management leadership  and disciplines to the District Courts leadership team, the management and oversight of a significant budget, .You’ll provide quality strategic financial advice and support, co-ordinating the production of accurate costing information, budgets, forecasts and variance reporting and analysis..  In addition you’ll provide leadership and support to the Higher Courts Business Unit on financial management.

To be successful in this role you will have a relevant financial qualification and previous experience in a similar role within a large and diverse organisation. In addition you will have proven experience in working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines. You will have strong analytical skills and possess the ability to communicate at a senior level and build solid relationships. An understanding of the Health Environment is desirable although not essential.

• Daily bank transaction – Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• FX exchange rates daily updates.

• Finalise Accounts Payable reconciliations.
• Collecting funds from local debtors.
• Accounts filing.
• Daily sorting and distribution of mail.
• Ordering of office and stores supplies.
• Assist with organising work functions.
• Other administrative duties as requested by Accounting Manager.

To take up this opportunity, you must have:
• At least 3 years SAP PM Experience.
• Proven experience supporting SAP PM.

Implementation experience of SAP PM will be highly regarded but not necessary.

Build on your SAP PM experience and knowledge and take up this 3 month contract with view to extend!
