Based in Wellington you will be assisting the Branch Administrator with of all administration tasks involved with the daily operation of the branch.

In supporting our strategic development, we are searching for high calibre professionals to drive our success.
Based in Wellington you will be assisting the Branch Administrator with of all administration tasks involved with the daily operation of the branch.
 
Duties include but are not limited to:
Communication with customers, senior management, and contractors
Accounts payable
Monitoring stationary and office equipment supplies
Providing general administration support including filing
 
The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:
Be available to work up to 30 hours per week as required
Have intermediate computer skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.
