This role is unique in that although you will sit in the Banking & Finance team, you will also gain exposure to a broad range of corporate work. Working very closely with a young and very highly rated partner, this is as varied a role as is in the market at present.
 
The type of work that you will be involved in includes corporate and structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, derivatives as well as general commercial and securities law. The partner is very supportive and is renowned for being a very good mentor and supervisor.
 
Ideally you will 4 + years experience in banking and finance and want to expand your practice to include corporate/commercial work. A solid academic background is also necessary along with the ability to mentor and train junior members of staff.
