We need someone with excellent processing skills to join our team. You will be responsible for minimising risk, improving recoveries and proactively managing outstanding debts within the guidelines of the RD1 Credit Policy. You will need to provide an outstanding service approach ethic to all external and internal customers, and operate at high levels of integrity and performance. You will also be responsible for trouble shooting any issues as they occur through problem solving and working cross functionally across RD1 to ensure we deliver on our promise of great service to RD1 customers.

You'll:
Have a minimum two years experience in a similar credit control role
Be committed to delivering results and be resilient
Have the ability to prioritise work commitments and meet deadlines
Have a proven track record using SAP and/or electronic processing
Drive speed and accuracy in all the work that you do
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Have a basic understanding of finance/accounting and/or be working toward a qualification in this area
Display strong communication skills
Display initiative when faced with problems and take ownership to ensure positive outcomes.
