A leading civil engineering firm requires a Site Supervisor to join its team.

Their progressive and innovative approach to earthworks and pavement works has positioned them in the forefront of development projects in NZ. Their projects include construction of dam work, motorways, drainage and sub divisions - both industrial and residential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a project. This will involve planning, allocation of duties to supervisors, maintaining quality and safety standards, coordination and motivation of the workforce and organization of plant and equipment. Time and people management skills will be essential in this role and you will also need to demonstrate experience in roading and bulk earthworks.
