If you have experience in collections or credit control of more than two years and a drive to meet and exceed targets then you have the skillset that they are looking for.

the role entails contacting debtors in regards to their arrears and negotiating repayment schedules with them. As such, professionalism, negotiation, problem solving skills and dedication to first call resolution are crucial to the role.

Previous collections experience of at least two years. In addition you will possess excellent English communication skills and a proven track record in taking ownership for your work.
