Quantity Surveyor - Residential

Fast becoming the home builder of choice for the Auckland market our client is looking for an experienced Estimator to help contribute to pricing and contract administration on new build residential projects.

The companies core business is mid range to high end housing and they are predominantly working on design and build properties and pride themselves on building lifestyle dream homes.

Well established with branches nationwide they can offer the successful candidate strong career opportunities and the chance to be associated with award winning projects.

Ideally a Qualified Quantity Surveyor you will have excellent technical and problem solving ability combined with the skills to price multiple residential projects and liaise with designers, project managers and suppliers
