We’re looking for someone with the right blend of technical
and people skills to lead our team of web analysts.
The team has the important responsibility of managing the support and development of the department’s websites and intranet, so key to the role is using your people skills to lead and mentor the team to achieve its goals. You will also be keen to retain your technical skills and show your expertise by doing hands-on web work when needed.
On the technical side we are looking for expertise and experience in web technology (Microsoft’s web platform), web management tools and the use of content management systems.
Sound government experience in relation to e-government web standards is also important and you will promote and develop the commitment to these standards and processes within the organisation.
Good communications skills are needed as you will work across our large organisation, dealing with a wide range of people, advising on best practice and also be the main liaison point between our Information Group and our Communications
and Marketing team.
If you feel you have the right blend to be successful as our
Web Team Leader, contact us today for more information
