We run a professional consulting company as well as a property investment company, and are looking for an office manager to perform varied and interesting administrative and accounting tasks. The office is based from our home, Cashmere.
Our ideal person is mature, honest, has a sense of humour, likes dogs, hard working, able to multi-task, fluent in English - verbal and written.
Relevant qualifications and minimum 3 years experience in a similar position are required. Skills include advanced Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Excel) Access Database, familiar with internet, Bluebeam or
CAD knowledge helpful, familiarity with MYOB or Banklink a plus.
Part-time work, hours reasonably flexible, anticipate 25 hr/week, salary commensurate with experience.
