My client is seeking a strong Java Developer who has very good Documentum skills for a key internal role. Working in the government sector, you will be the key internal resource for this platform with responsibility for technical leadership and the mentoring of junior staff.

We are looking for a senior person who is able to work across internal development resources and contribute to technical design of complex solutions.

Core skills required for this role include:

• 3-5 years of Java/J2EE development experience in large complex systems
• Min 2 years Documentum development experience, version 5.3 and above
• Good knowledge of Documentum workflow
• Business Objects framework
• A strong understanding of EMC Documentum content management fundamentals specially in DFC, BOF, Content Server and DQL/API

The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship building skills and have excellent communication skills.
