Working across both Finance and Operations departments, this role will see you working alongside key stakeholders, providing analysis around business profitability and system / process improvements. Among other things, this will include reviewing and suggesting improvements to overhead management, inventory control, variance & cash flow management.

To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstable operational experience, with particular exposure to franchise operations (ideally in the hospitality sector). Further, you will have sound financial and management accounting skills along with excellent communication skills to facilitate your training and development of franchise staff.
