Working alongside the Owner and Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in providing expert financial and commercial advice to assist with the business's planned growth in revenue and profitability.
 
Your focus will be on providing the timely, accurate and quality delivery of a full range of finance, accounting, and management information functions. As part of a small and focused team you will be responsible for the accounts processing function, budgeting, forecasting and cost management processes; and preparing annual, monthly and weekly management reports.
 
This is a fast moving high volume environment so you will need to be resilient, and enjoy taking a hands on approach getting involved right at the coal face of this dynamic and ever changing industry. Through your ability to provide innovative and insightful business analysis, you'll provide valuable advice and direction in driving the business forward.
 
Our ideal applicant will have an appropriate qualification and a broad financial management background, with proven expertise in financial analysis and reporting. The ability to design and streamline systems in this regard is desirable as is significant commercial experience. A sense of humour and a passion for your work will see you fit seamlessly into a team who are energetic, driven and down to earth.
