My client is an emerging software development company who are already standing out for their progress and successes to date.   A major contributor to their success is due to hiring the best  talent in the market.   There is now an opportunity for a quality focused and dedicated testing professional to take responsibility for the smooth and effective management of their test environment.
 
This role will see you fully immersed in all aspects of the testing processes, providing expertise across  a range of IT development projects,  and delivering testing services from test planning, scripting through to execution.    You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the testing services delivered (including third party delivery) and be a true advocate of testing best practise.
 
This is a senior role in the organisation, so requires significant experience and advanced knowledge of testing practises and methodologies.   The ability and desire to work from analysis through to delivery, with a focus on leadership, will be key factors to your success.  You will have knowledge of agile software development process, procedures, methodologies and techniques, and will have the experience required to understand requirements, and to offer alternative options to clients both internally and externally where necessary.
