We’re looking for a lead designer/creative director with great user interface and interactive design skills keen to take part in pre-sales activities, engage with clients in workshops and doing hands-on work such as producing graphical assets for the general development team.

You’ll be mainly designing user interfaces for applications in the online and enterprise space covering traditional web and desktop technologies, various AJAX frameworks and newer RIAs platforms like Flash/Flex, AIR, Silverlight and WPF for some of the biggest companies (by market capitalization) in Australasia. Background technical knowledge of these is required, as you’ll be frequently working alongside business analysts, graphic designers and developers that will be building these solutions as well as helping sales shape solutions for existing and future clients.

Really, you should be an expert operator in the Adobe Creative Suite 3 set of design tools. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be a bonus (but not necessary), as well as any form of media editing tools such as After Effects. Any experience in the Microsoft Expression suite of tools is a plus as well.
