Here's your chance to join a fantastic company where individual performance is noticed. This role is a new opportunity for someone to make their own. It is focused around providing QA and internal auditing services for the company’s primary and secondary products, but includes championing continuous improvement of the business’s food safety and quality systems. The position reports to the Group Technical Manager and is a centralized function with a hands-on role in the ongoing maintenance of existing RMP and food safety plans across numerous sites. It is intended that this role will extend into Health & Safety responsibilities in time.
As part of a passionate and knowledgeable team, you will be responsible for:
Maintenance and document control of the risk management programmes
Internal auditing of RMP’s and 3rd party assurance systems.
Coordinating food safety and other QA staff training needs with appropriate site management.
Providing monthly data on packing & grading quality tests to senior management team and respective site managers and external customers when requested.
Maintaining and reporting on the customer complaint system after following up with customers and appropriate sites where necessary.
Keeping up to date with legislative and customer QA /food safety requirements.
To be successful in this role you will need to apply with QA experience, ideally in a food
manufacturing environment and have a working knowledge of HACCP, RMP and risk management. Experience auditing food safety plans will also be highly regarded.

Self motivated and ability to work unsupervised
Good attention to detail
Strong numerical analysis skills
Strong time management
Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point literacy
