This highly respected chartered accountancy firm is proud to boast a client base that leads the way in quality. They have the expertise and professionalism to match. Due to ongoing growth and restucture, the need has arisen to appoint another Manager to work alonsgide the one of the Partners.

With at least 7 - 10 years chartered accountancy experience in BAS and possibly more recent commercial experience but be looking for a return to CA, you will be working directly alongside the Director. Responsible for a portfolio of clients (with turnovers up to $100M+) and a dedicated team of staff, you will also be responsible for managing their career development, including training in all aspects of their roles in completing daily assignments. In addition to the traditional responsibilities, you will have exposure to advisory and strategic matters, as well as the opportunity to develop your areas of interest. This role is also pegged at bringing in further business with presentations to target clients. In addition to this, it is expected you will be looking to introduce new clients to this firm.

The role also includes managing team productivity and minimising write offs, as a manager it is expected you be conscious of the need to continually improve the firm's work practices and efficiencies, and to make contributions in this regard.
