We have an exceptional opportunity for a Commercial Insurance sales specialist to lead the launch of TOWERS new SME commercial insurance business.

In the role of National Manager Commercial Insurance you will leverage your knowledge of Commercial and build our capability, client base, and the team to service this business.

In the start-up phase you will work closely with the Project Manager, Head of Products and Marketing, and Head of Sales to finesse the proposed strategy to build TOWERS commercial insurance capability to achieve growth. You’ll have strong industry and product knowledge and be hands-on putting in place processes, managing your team, and actively securing sales.

To be successful in this predominantly office based role you must have a proven record in Commercial Insurance sales and in managing successful sales relationships with customers. You’ll know what it takes to drive growth through new opportunities. You can demonstrate your considerable sales achievements. Motivated by targets, you will have the inclination and the capacity to consistently deliver beyond expectation.

Naturally you will have superb people management skills and know how to get the best from your sales and administrative team. You must have excellent spoken and written English, and an effective communication style. In recognition of your relevant experience we offer a generous base salary and sales incentive plan.
