Our client is a large transport company based in Manukau City, they are seeking a Dispatcher  to join their dynamic team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for an effective and efficient communication link between the customer service department and the Driver pick up and delivery fleet , to support the service performance expectations of the company and it's customers satisfaction and service delivery and some fleet maintenance.

They deliver to large FMCG customers within the Metropolitan area, have a fleet of around 30 trucks with a mix of company and owner drivers. The role is from Monday to Friday 12.00pm - 10.00pm reporting to the Auckland Branch Manager.

Therefore duties will include -

• Excellent communication between drivers, customer service and customers
• Dispatch job details, delivery / pick up time of arrivals
• Require attention to details
• Experience using a GPS system preferred
• Timely and accurate reporting
