The IT Performance team are ramping up activity as they focus closely on improved process clarity and establishing IT SLA & OLA management. Reporting through to the IT Performance Manager, this role has responsibility for governing the OLA's and SLA's.

We are looking for a strong process and relationship driven person to develop and manage a framework and the associated processes to manage third party performance and ensure these parties are aligned with our business needs. Your proven knowledge of IT business, along with highly developed coordination and reporting skills will be crucial to developing systems and processes for managing these key vendor functions. Knowing who to go to and how to get the best outcome for stakeholders within IR will be a core function.
